Exchanges: At BENIAMINO, we only consider exchanges in the following circumstances:

- The item must be in new condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached.
- If the requested size is available, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you within a reasonable period of time.

- Upon receiving the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period of time regarding the replacement process.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided during the order. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier for compensation.

Collect In-Store Service: We provide a convenient Collect In-Store service for customers who prefer to pick up their orders in person. Simply select the Collect In-Store option during checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup at our designated location in Houston, Texas. Please bring a valid identification document and your order confirmation email for verification during pickup.
